The Sweet Story of Connecticut Muffin

A small oven, a dozen eggs, a cup of sugar, a heaping spoonful of love and time Et voila: the birth of a muffin shop story.

Tasty recipes, fine ingredients, the aroma of sweet melting coffees, teas and sweets. We quickly outgrew mom's kitchen and moved to the Big Apple.

Park slope Brooklyn was the flagship for the first Connecticut Muffin. A great neighborhood that welcomed us enthusiastically. We were the home town shop, in a great New York neighborhood. Over the next decade, five more shops became part of Brooklyn.

We are constantly in pursuit of developing innovative recipes,and delicious drinks. We bake with a passion that you can see and taste.
